Dive Deep Into Horror Media
Welcome to Fright Attendant. This is a place for those of us who find something irresistible in the darkness of horror. Here, the genre goes a bit deeper than creatures, gore, and jump scares (though there will be plenty of those). We’ll dig our daggery claws into the psychology of fear, the craft of storytelling, and explore a wide variety of horror media. We shall also explore the deliciously dark and unsettling details that make a horror story linger long after the credits roll or the book closes.
So what can you expect from this site? Film analysis, literary analysis (not too deep in that regard – after all we’re not professors around here), video game and even horror’s relation to music. Be ye a devoted horror hound, morbid moviegoer, aspiring tale-spinner, or somebody who prefers to peek from behind their fingers, rest assured there will be something here for you.
Do come in!
